Digital menu for bars and pubs

eMeni is a digital QR menu for bars and pubs: guests order drinks from the table without pushing through to the bar, the waiter delivers in order, and the table's tab stays open until they ask for it. Happy hour and deals switch on by the hour, and card payment goes without waiting.

How it works in practice

Saturday, 11 pm, three deep at the barGuests order from the table and from their phones, the bar sees orders in sequence on a screen, and the waiter delivers in one pass. Less pushing, more revenue per hour.
A round for the tableAnyone at the table adds to the same tab: a round for the group, another one, and another. Closing the tab is a single payment, together or per person.
Happy hour without taping up paperDeal prices switch on by schedule, for example cocktails from 6 to 8 pm, and switch back on their own. Same menu, correct prices at every moment.
Screens above the barDigital signage shows your drinks, deals and events from the same system, scheduled for the evening.

Frequently asked questions

Can guests order without signing up?

Yes. They scan the QR code on the table and order from the browser, with no installation or account. Staff confirm the table on delivery.

How do you prevent misuse of table ordering?

The order is tied to the table and the QR code on it, and the waiter sees it before delivering. You can enable table ordering only for part of the venue or only at certain hours.

What about payment when it's packed?

Guests ask for the bill from the menu and choose card or cash, and the waiter comes with the terminal. The amount goes to the terminal without retyping.

Does it work for a cocktail bar with a seasonal menu?

Yes. You change the menu in the admin portal and guests see the change immediately, with no reprinting.

Can we track revenue per shift and per bar?

Yes. Reports show revenue by hour, item and outlet, live, for one night or a whole month.
