Digital menu for beach bars

eMeni is a digital QR menu for beach bars: guests scan the code on the sunbed or umbrella and order from their phone, and staff deliver to the sunbed, or guests pick up at the bar when a notification on their phone tells them it's ready. No walking across the sand to order a drink.

How it works in practice

A QR code on every sunbedEach sunbed has its own code, like a table in a restaurant. The order arrives with the sunbed number, and staff know exactly where to bring it.
Pickup at the barFor venues without sunbed service: guests order and pay from their phone, and get a notification on their phone when it's ready.
Noon, peak crowdOrders from the whole beach arrive on one screen, in sequence. The bar takes no orders by shouting, so none get forgotten.
Regulars through the seasonA loyalty app under your brand: points for every purchase, a coupon for the morning coffee, a notification about tonight's party.

Frequently asked questions

How do guests find the menu on the beach?

Through a QR code on the sunbed, umbrella or table. It opens in the browser, with no installation.

Can an order be paid right from the phone?

Yes, by card when ordering, or by card and cash on delivery to the sunbed.

What if a guest has no signal?

The menu only needs basic mobile data; without it, guests order at the bar as before, and the order goes into the same system.

Does the pickup screen work in the sun?

The pickup screen runs on any TV or tablet; you choose a device bright enough for your space, and the display is large and high-contrast. Guests also get a notification on their phone when the order is ready.

Can there be several outlets on one beach?

Yes. The bar, the kitchen and the ice cream stand each see their own orders, and the reports are shared.
