Do the platforms connect automatically?
Yes, orders from Wolt, Glovo and Mr D enter the system without retyping. We set up the connection during rollout.
How do guests order directly from us?
Through a link or QR code to your digital menu, from a phone, with no installation. They pay by card or in cash at the door.
How is the delivery fee calculated?
By zones you define yourself; the system calculates the fee from the guest's address.
Do couriers need special equipment?
No, an ordinary Android phone with the courier app: addresses, items and payment at the door.
Can guests see where their order is?
Yes, the status from the kitchen to “on its way”, with notifications on the phone.
