Digital menu for restaurants

eMeni is a digital QR menu for restaurants: guests scan the code at the table, browse the menu with photos in their language and order from their phone. The order reaches the waiter and the kitchen instantly, and the bill is settled at the table.

How it works in practice

Friday night, full houseGuests at five tables order at the same time from their phones. The kitchen sees every order the same second, on one screen, in the order it arrived — no paper slips, no shouting.
The table keeps addingThe order is tied to the table, so everyone adds what they want all evening. The waiter sees the whole table's tab and settles it once, together or per person.
Foreign guestsThe menu opens in the phone's language: Serbian, English or Italian, and you can translate the menu itself into as many languages as you like. No improvised translations at the table.
A new price or a dish that ran outChange a price or hide a dish in the admin portal and guests see it instantly. No reprinting menus, no crossing things out.

Frequently asked questions

Do guests have to install an app?

No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser, with no installation and no sign-up.

How do we get our menu into the system?

Send a photo, PDF or spreadsheet of your existing menu and eMeni turns it into a digital menu with photos and descriptions using AI. You then edit it in the admin portal.

What if a guest still wants to order through the waiter?

Nothing changes. The waiter enters the order in their app on a phone or tablet, and it goes to the same kitchen and the same bill as orders from the QR menu.

Does it work with our printers and card terminals?

Yes. Kitchen and bar tickets go to thermal printers, and card payments go to a connected terminal, with no retyping of amounts.

How long does it take to set up?

For one restaurant usually a few days: menu import, QR codes for the tables and a short staff training. Book a demo and we will show you the whole flow on your own menu.
