Digital menu for pastry shops and bakeries

eMeni is a digital menu for pastry shops and bakeries: the whole display case with photos on the guest's phone, ordering from the table or ahead of time, and the order number on the pickup screen. The morning rush goes faster, and cakes are ordered without phone calls.

How it works in practice

Morning rushGuests order from their phone while standing in line or ahead of time, with pickup at an exact time. The counter only hands out, the queue keeps moving.
A display case that changes during the dayWhatever sells out disappears from the menu with one tap, and the afternoon offer switches on by itself on schedule.
A cake for SaturdayThe guest picks a cake, size and note and orders for an exact day and hour. The order reaches the workshop with all the details, with no slips of paper next to the phone.
Screens above the counterDigital signage shows the offer and promotions from the same system: breakfast in the morning, cakes in the afternoon, nothing to print.

Frequently asked questions

Do guests see product photos?

Yes, every item has a photo and a description. If you have no photos, eMeni creates them with AI when importing the menu, and you replace them with your own later.

Can guests order a cake in advance?

Yes. Ordering ahead with a choice of day and hour and a note works for cakes, pastries and baked goods for events.

How does it work for guests eating in?

A QR code on the table opens the menu, and the order goes to the table, with a waiter call and the bill one tap away.

Can we reward regular customers?

Yes. A loyalty app under your brand collects points for every purchase and sends coupons, for example the tenth croissant free.

What about prices per piece and per kilo?

Items can have variants (a piece, half a kilo, a whole cake) with separate prices, which guests choose when ordering.
