Frequently asked questions

Is mobile coverage on the river enough?

Guests only need mobile data, and staff need Wi-Fi on the boat. We check coverage before the season.

How does it cope with a hundred guests?

Waiters work from phones, the kitchen and bar from screens. Orders don't get lost or copied over.

What about guests who don't want to order from a phone?

The waiter enters the order in their app; everything goes into the same system and onto the same tab.

Does it work with a card terminal?

Yes, the amount goes to the connected terminal without retyping, and cash is recorded in the same system.

How long does setup take before the season?

A few days: menu import, QR codes for tables and booths and a short waiter training. Best done before opening.
